Jeremy’s career has involved dealing with complex investment and finance issues from both from a banking and from a user perspective. Working originally as a tax lawyer, then corporate finance and as part of management teams building and running complex projects, he has experience in various new sectors, particularly renewables, alternative energy initiatives, low carbon impact tourism and social investment.
Over recent years he has continued his focus on putting together non-routine and complex transactions covering all aspects from fund raising and due diligence to project management and corporate governance. He is frequently involved in weighing up unusual opportunities from the investment viewpoint.
